Refund policy

Our courses are digital content delivered immediately, and therefore special rules apply to the right of withdrawal. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase – but it only applies until you confirm that you want to start the course. If you confirm, the course opens immediately and the right of withdrawal ends, which means the course cannot be returned after you have started it.

Everything below applies to purchases of courses from FWT Publishing AB on Gourmet.

How it works

• Before you start the course: you can cancel the purchase within 14 days and get the full amount back. No reason is needed.
• When you confirm that you want to start the course: you explicitly agree that the digital course material is delivered immediately and that your right of withdrawal thereby ends. The course opens that very moment and can then no longer be returned.
• If you don't want to start the course: your full right of withdrawal remains for 14 days, and your seat is cancelled automatically at no cost if you have not started.

If the course doesn't work

Your waiver of the right of withdrawal only applies if the course can actually be completed. If you have a technical fault that prevents you from following the course, and we cannot resolve it, your rights under mandatory law are not affected. Contact us at gourmet@gourmetscandinavia.se and we will fix the fault, give you a new seat or refund you.

How to request a refund

Payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe. Contact us at gourmet@gourmetscandinavia.se and state the email address you used for the purchase, and we will help you with the refund.

After a refund

Once the refund is completed, your access to the course is closed. The money is returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
